The Genuine Opposition (GO) team made good its vow yesterday to present before the media the Maguindano election inspectors turned election fraud whistleblowers who said they were abducted by armed men and forced into signing and certifying the election returns backing the Team Unity (TU) senatorial bets, all of whom uniformly obtained the same number of votes while the GO bets all obtained a zero vote.

Four board of election inspectors (BEIs) from a town in Maguindanao of the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM) recounted before media at GO’s headquarters in Makati City how the elections were manipulated wholesale by heavily armed men who were wearing “half-uniforms” or camouflage during the May 14 elections, done under banana trees.
