the prosecutor should file the case to the court and the court should determine the allegations of both parties (respondent and the affiant). Prosecutor should give credit on the evidences and allegations on the complaint of PDEA.As we could see the resolution, it only give way to the allegations of respondents and disregarding the allegations of PDEA. Bribery is another case, it is not the main issue, the issue is that the alabang boys have been allegedly arrested and confiscated from their possession and control some illegal drug and paraphernalias. The allegations raise by the respondents should be entertain during court hearing for the determination of its weight which on the other hand the PDEA will defend their allegation of arresting the respondents.Lets not divert the issue, dont focus on the bribery, the main issue is the case filed by the PDEA, it should be filed before the court or the dismissal of the prosecutor is valid enough? I will leave one more simple question, WHAT HAS/HAVE THE RESPONDENT IN ORDER FOR THE PROSECUTOR TO BELIEVE IN THEIR ALLEGATIONS AND NOT BELIEVING THE ALLEGATIONS OF THE PDEA?
