According to GMA News , Arlegui mansion is now ready for the transition team of Sen. Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III once he is proclaimed president, a Malacañang official said on Monday. The news also states that the acctual cost of renovation is only 46,000 but if they need to calculate the old stocks from the house it will cost them about 180,000 for the total cost of renovation.
“The cash-out was used to feed the volunteers from various government agencies who worked on the mansion,” Horn said.
But until now, Noynoy still insist that they will not use the arlegui mansion. So we will see as soon as Noy noy be proclaimed as the Newly elected president of the Philippine Republic.
