Reyes and Bustamante of Team B won over England’s Imran Majid and World 10-Ball Champion Darren Appleton with the score of 9 to 1 in their quarterfinals matchup.

The two legends’ next match will be Chinese Li Hewen and Fu Jianbo.

Reyes and Bustamante were the 2006 World Cup champs while Li and Fu were the title holders of the tournament’s 2007 edition.

Team China made it into this year’s semifinals by ousting defending champions Shane Van Boening and Rodney Morris of the US, 9-5, in their own quarterfinal clash.

Philippines Team A tandem consists of Dennis “Robocop” Orcollo and Ronnie “Volcano” Alcano will fight against Radoslaw Babica and Mateusz Śniegocki to make it into the semifinals.
