NEW YORK (CNNMoney.com) — Microsoft’s co-founder Paul Allen is suing Apple and Google, plus nine other companies, for patent infringement.
Allen claims the 11 companies are using technology for which he owns patents, according to court documents filed in a Seattle district court Friday. The papers were filed by Allen’s company, Interval Licensing.
The 11 accused companies are: AOL, Apple, eBay, Facebook, Google, Netflix, Office Depot, OfficeMax, Staples, Yahoo and Google-owned YouTube.
None of the defendants were immediately available for comment.

Paris Hilton is now in controversy again after being arrested by NEVADA Police in suspicion of cocaine possession :
Paris Hilton was released from a Las Vegas, Nevada, jail Saturday morning after being arrested late the night before on suspicion of cocaine possession, police said Saturday.

Congratulation to SPAIN | World Cup 2010 Winner

Congratulation to Spain for winning the World Cup 2010 , as the Champion , The highlights of the game is when Andres INIESTA made the first point for Spain. The final score was 1:0 in favor of Spain over Netherlands. It was a nice game.

Earthquake toppled homes, schools and Tibetan monasteries in Beijing last Wednesday. Earthquake’s magnitude of 6.9 magnitude killed at least 589 people while more than 10, 000 people were injured. Resque workers were brought there along with the food and medicines.

An 8.8 magnitude Chile had hit Chile which one of the most populated city in the world. This is an excerpt from Inquirer.net

Five kilograms of cocaine were concealed in 10 packs of cookies were smelled by Colombian sniffer dogs and seized by the Colombian police last Saturday. These cocaine stuffed cookies are supposed to be shipped to Barcelona.
Not your average biscuit, "the cream was taken out of the cookies and replaced with compressed bleached cocaine to avoid suspicion from counternarcotics units," it added.

According to the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, Colombia is the world’s biggest producer of cocaine.
