May 10 election is coming closer. The distribution of the 50 million ballots will begin on April 25 which gives them 2 weeks to distribute all the ballots nationwide. 800,000 ballots a day is being printed.
Comelec Commissioner Gregorio Larrazabal said that as of Thursday, at least 45 million ballots have been printed by the National Printing Office (NPO).

The printed ballots will be sent directly to municipal and city treasurers’ offices instead of the provincial offices, Larrazabal said.

The OAV or the Overseas Absentee Voting started in Riyadh last April 10, just like in other countries. The voting will lasts for a month.
Complaints were sent by concerned overseas filipino workers who voted on the first day of voting. One of which is the absence of indelible ink. The voters were expecting an indelible ink will be applied on their finger but there was none.

A male person called the Comelec’s hotline at around 9:55 am, Wednesday morning. The caller talked about a certain “Mirriam”. Officials assume that the caller is possibly talking about  Mirriam Defensor Santiago as she was then disqualified as reelectionist.

The reshuffle of the Bureau of Customs’s Personnel are being done before the coming May elections, specifically the agency’s Enforcement and Security Service which include an official in Subic Bay who was involved on a sexual harassment case.
The reshuffle has been signed by Customs Commissioner Napoleon Morales.
Capt. Ramon Policarpio of Subic Bay will replace Port of Manila chief Jose Yunchongco. Yunchongco will still be the chief of Customs of Police Department and deputy director of the Enforcement and Security Service.

Commission on Elections or Comelec earlier said that they are confident that the election results from the poll machines will not be hacked. They believe that the websites are secure inspite of the reports of the hacked national govenment agencies like the DOH (Department of Health) and DSWD (Department of Social Welfare and Development).

According to GmaNews.tv a Maguindanao poll fraud witnesses ready to talk but what is the sense of this? We all know that Zubiri has been proclaimed already as the 12th Senator. And we also know that whenever Pimentel will protest it will take time and lots of money just to open those ballots and reverse the proclamation if it’s been found out that Comelec had made a mistake in proclaiming Zubiri.

The Commission on Elections Monday proclaimed the first 13 winners in the Philippine party-list elections held on May 14, allowing at least their first nominees to finally sit in the 14th Congress.
In a six-page resolution, the Comelec, sitting as the National Board of Canvassers, proclaimed the following
