Thinking about Philippine I must say that I still believe in our Judicial System. Although our Judicial System is a bit slow compared to other such as Atlantic Law ( This is just speculation ) or other law around the globe ( this is just what  I am seeing in the Television ) . The electoral victory of a senatoriable who hardly had political ads on tv prompted a number of people commenting how the Filipino voters have become more intelligent in choosing their leaders. If the Filipino electorates have indeed become more intelligent, it is a much welcomed development.
