Cesar Mancao is now in Philippines, Cesar Mancao is former police senior superintendent arrived early this morning at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport.
Lacson, former Philippine National Police chief, allegedly ordered the killings, according to Mancao’s affidavit. but Lacson repeatedly denied the charges.
Now that Mancao is here, every Filipino is now waiting for the truth regarding the Publicist Dacer and his driver, Corbito, killing last 2000.
I played golf and basketball with Mr. Mancao in Florida and he was a very polite and friendly person. Hope he speaks for himself when he sits at the the hearing of the case and I’m sure he will tell the truth for fear of God and his family. It’s a gamble but God will shield him from danger. More power to Cesar.
