Congratulations to new Professional Electronics Engineers and Electronics Engineers

The PRC (Professional Regulation Commission) released the result of the Professional Electronics Engineer and Electonics Engineer Licensure Examination on thursday. Twenty passed the Professional Electronics Engineer and 632 out of 2,340 passed the Electronics Engineer Licensure Examination given by the Board of Electronics Engineering in the cities of Manila, Baguio and Cebu this April 2010.

Board passers are should personally register for the issuance of the Professional Identification Card and Certificate of registration starting April 21 up to April 30, 2010.

Those who will register are required to bring the following
* Duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
* Current Community Tax Certificate (cedula)
* 2 pieces passport size picture (colored with white background and complete nametag)
* 1 piece 1” x 1” picture (colored with white background and complete nametag)
* 2 sets of metered documentary stamps, and
* 1 short brown envelope with name and profession; and to pay the Initial Registration Fee of P600 and Annual Registration Fee of P450 for 2010-2013.

They should also sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.They can also register to be members of the IECEP (Institute of Electronics and Communications Engineers of the Philippines).

Oath taking ceremony will be held before the Board in MANILA on Friday, May 7, 2010 at 1:00 o’clock in the afternoon at the SMX Convention Center, Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City, and in CEBU CITY, date and venue will be announced later.
