ANNOUNCEMENT( as stated )

This is to inform the Filipino community in the Eastern Region, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia of the following Overseas Absentee Voting (OAV) “flexible” time schedule for Al-Khobar to accommodate more of our compatriots to vote.

(First day)

10 April 2010 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

(Succeeding Weekdays/ Saturdays to Wednesdays)

11 April to 09 May 2010 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM

(Succeeding Weekends/ Thursdays and Fridays)

11 April to 09 May 2010 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

(Last day)

10 May 2010 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Venue: International Philippine School in Al-Khobar (IPSA)

Al-Khobar, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Before proceeding to the Venue, please check if your name(s) are included in the Certified List of Overseas Absentee Voters (CLOAV) via website: www.comelec.gov.ph.

OAV in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will be done manually (personal voting) and each overseas absentee voter shall be selecting candidates for (filling up national positions for): President (1), Vice-President (1), Senators (12) and Party-List (1).

We encourage all qualified voters to please exercise their right to vote.

We also advise everyone to please vote as early as possible.
