In an email receive from serbisyopilipino@yahoogroups.com I am posting the the announcement below:

ELECTORAL MAILS RECEIVED BY THE EMBASSY

During the OAV registration periods in 2003, 2005 and 2006, there were registrants who wrote down the Philippine Embassy in their forms as their forwarding address or have transferred to their new residence address or have incomplete address.

For this reason, the COMELEC forwarded their electoral mails containing election ballots and materials to the Embassy.

Below is a list of registered overseas absentee voters whose mails were received by the Embassy as of 24 April 2007 . If you know anyone of them or you have somebody who knows anyone of them, please advise him/her to visit the Embassy during regular working days and working hours to claim their ballots from any of the members of the Embassy’s Special Ballot Reception and Custody Group (SBRCG) : Mr. Silverio R. Manguerra, or Ms. Salvacion C. Omaga-Diaz, or Mr. Santiago M. Sipin.

Should you have any knowledge of their current whereabouts or contact details, please contact the SBRCG members through the Embassy telephone nos. 202 467 9312/ 202 467 9382/ 202 467 9382.You may also wish to email at wdcpe@aol.com to the attention of SBRCG.

During weekends and holidays, the duty member of SBRCG shall release these electoral mails to individual voters from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. , PROVIDED, he/she shows sufficient proof of identity like a valid Philippine passport, or any ID with photo. Electoral mails will not be released to any other party except
to the voter.

It is important that these registered voters claim their ballots and send them to the Embassy either my mail or deliver personally in time for the closing of the ballot boxes on 14 May 2007 , 3:00 a.m., Washington, D.C. local time. All ballots received after 3:00 a.m. of 14 May 2007 will not be counted and canvassed.

Please give this bulletin the widest dissemination possible
