Gloria Macapagal Arroyo will give her last SONA for her Term on July 27,2009.  The  GMA July 2009  SONA ( State of The Nation Address ) Transcription ( Text Files ) will be available here after the President State of the Nation Addres . You can see the Live Streaming of her State of the nation address at news site. You can also watch it on television because for sure it will be availabe on time of SONA.

So we need to wait for the presidents report and I hope that it will be a good one. Althought there are lot of demonstration being prepared in parallel to SONA but still it will continue as planned.
