As per the live telecast of Erap Trial Erap has been sentence Guilty for Plunder – violation of Republic Act No. 7080 and not Guilty for Perjury – violation of Article 183, Revised Penal Code you can find and download the decision of Sandigan Bayan here.
Although some of the defense panel told that they will make an appeal the Estelito Mendoza stated that they will still study the decision of the court and see what other option will they go. Will it be Pardon from the President?
On the other hand Jinggoy Estrada was acquitted on the same Trial.
