According to Judy Ann Santos, she shares the “Queen of All Teleserye” title with Claudine Baretto whom she considers as her friend. She believes they have a healthy competition from the beginning and up to now eventhough Baretto is now having her own teleserye in GMA kapuso channel while Santos remains in the ABS-CBN Kapamilya network.

"Ako I believe na if it weren’t from Claudine na magkasabay kaming gumagawa din ng teleserye. Dalawa kami, I believe dalawa kaming (Queens of All Teleserye), nagkataon lang na umibang bakod siya. Kaya naman dumarami ang projects ko kasi madami din siyang ginagawang project. So always ‘yan, kung napapansin niyo it’s always Claudine and Judai na magkadugtong ng timeslot. Thank you ABS-CBN, nakilala ako dahil nandiyan si Claudine at mayroon kaming healthy competition," Santos said during the press conference of her upcoming series "Habang May Buhay."

Santos said that we should respect the decision of Baretto to move to the rival network because she also have to work for her family.

"Huwag na sanang magsabi ng kung ano pa man kasi hindi naman nila alam kung ano ang pinagdaanan ng taong lumipat, hindi natin alam kung ano ang pinagdaanan niyo, so intindihin na lang natin. Wala tayong puwedeng gawing kung hindi ang umintindi at mag-wish na sana it’s for all the best.

Judy Ann is still hoping and expecting to have a movie with Claudine under a different movie outfit like Regal or Viva Films.

Judy Ann will be having a movie together with the Pop Star Princess and Box Office Queen Sarah Geronimo. Judy Ann is excited because  she will be working with a “bagets”. Their first shooting day will be on January 12 and the working title of the movie is “Hating Magkapatid”.

Another possible project for Judy Ann is to play the life of former president Corazon Aquino in an upcoming biopic. For the meantime she is finishing her current movie “Habang May Buhay” with Derek Ramsey.
