Another soap opera that ABS-CBN is proud to present today, January 18, is entitled “Kung Tayo’y Magkakalayo”. The lead stars of this new soap are Kim Chiu, Gerald Anderson and Coco Martin were also the lead stars of the previous soap of ABS-CBN “Tayong Dalawa”. “Kung Tayo’y Magkakalayo” will be directed by three well-known TV directors — Erick Salud, Trina Dayrit and Dondon Santos who.

“Kung Tayo’y Magkakalayo” serves as one of ABS-CBN’s television shows for 2010 in celebration of the “60 Years of Pinoy Soap Opera”. This new soap features a different kind of teleserye because it represents an unpredictable plot and is a combination of action, family drama and love story.

“We were very excited to do the project. Knowing na orginal ang materyal, challenge sa aming mga direktor na makapagset ng high standards," director Santos added.

“Siyempre hindi lang ‘yung pressure ang nagtutulak sa amin na pagandahin ang serye. It is the viewing public… yung paghihintay nila sa isa na namang bigating soap opera mula sa ABS-CBN ang nagpapa-inspire rin sa amin.”

This Pinoy teleserye is star-studded which includes famous actor and actresses including Gabby Concepcion, Albert Martinez, Jacklyn Jose,  Gina Pareño Gloria Romero and Queen of All Media Kris Aquino and her real son James "Baby James" Yap Jr. and two of the country’s rising stars Maxene Eigenmann and Maricar Reyes.
