PANGASINAN, Philippines — It is good to know that Pangasinan is doing something to ensure that Election fraud will not happen due to brownout

A VIRTUAL “power” meeting is set on Tuesday April 17 at the Dagupan Village Hotel between power distributors, the police and the Commission on Elections to ensure a brownout-free election in Pangasinan.
