President Aquino is now prepared to take his oath tomorrow ( June 30,2010 ) at the Quirino Grand Stand , it has been reported that the speech that has been prepared will only take 8 to 10 minutes which is fast and short. They said that President Noynoy Aquino Inauguration speech will be meaningful.
