The reshuffle of the Bureau of Customs’s Personnel are being done before the coming May elections, specifically the agency’s Enforcement and Security Service which include an official in Subic Bay who was involved on a sexual harassment case.

The reshuffle has been signed by Customs Commissioner Napoleon Morales.

Capt. Ramon Policarpio of Subic Bay will replace Port of Manila chief Jose Yunchongco. Yunchongco will still be the chief of Customs of Police Department and deputy director of the Enforcement and Security Service.

But Policarpio has been involved in a sexual harassment case, so he will then be replaced by Capt. Isidro Estrera, the chief of BOC’s San Fernando, La Union, district.
