When we say about election it is always coupled with chaos. I remember National Election Year 2007 where there are some reports about violence. National election for 2010 is fast approaching and Seuuurity Training is a must for all personel that will be given task to watch the national security. The Government must invest money and resources in order to study on how to properly implement Crisis Management if need arise. It is not only during election time that it is needed. It is also needed to prevent terorrist attacks.

I always remember some Philipine Cinema that whenever there is election there are some crooks that involves in Kidnapping in order to have financial support with their campaign. But I have not yet heard any instance that it is true, it is only part of the writer’s imagination. But there is no harm in having a Kidnap Prevention campaign specially on days when election is near. It is better be safe than do nothing at all.

So we should always be alert and report to the police anything that you found irregular.
