Muslims in the Philippines will join the Islamic world either today,Thursday, Sept. 13, in the annual 30-day Ramadan fasting and I would like to extended my greetings and wishes to the followers of Prophet Muhammad Sallallahu Allaihi Wassalam.
During the month of Ramadan, which is ninth in the Hijrah calendar,adult Muslims, except the sick and those on a journey, abstain from food, drink, smoking, and sex from dawn to dusk.
