Incumbent Manila Mayor Alfredo Lim was proclaimed winner in the mayoralty race over another Atienza.
Lim, a former senator and former two-term mayor, was proclaimed after the local election office found that it "highly improbable" for his rivals to catch up with him.

Lim got a 369,445 while Atienza who was once his vice mayor has 165,892 votes. Isko Moreno was proclaimed vice mayor enjoying a 300,000 lead over Maria Lourdes Isip-Garcia.

Early this morning, incumbent Vice-Mayor Sara Duterte, leads over former House Speaker Prospero Nograles in the Davao City’s mayoralty race. Meanwhile incumbent mayor leads over former mayor Ben Guzman for the position of vice mayor.

Manny Pacquaio is currently leading in Sarangani for the congressional race over Roy Chiongbian.
Pacquiao’s monitoring team said the "Pambansang Kamao" won by landslide over Chiongbian, a descendant of the political clan that established the province. The official results, however, will not be available until Tuesday when the Sarangani Provincial Canvassing Board resumes its tally.

Pacquiao arrived 7:45 am to vote in his precinct.

Former actress Guia Gomez was proclaimed Mayor of San Juan City while her son Joseph Victor Ejercito was proclaimed congressman by the Commission on Elections.
During the proclamation, Former president Joseph Estrada was present.

In Caloocan City, Incumbent Mayor Enrico “Recom” Echiverri is leading over Luis “Baby” Asistio and Roberto Cordero as of early Tuesday morning.

Michael Fariñas won as Mayor of Laoag after the canvassing early Tuesday morning and was officially proclaimed because Fariñas ran unopposed. For the Vice Mayor, the officials proclaimed Eddie Domingo.
Joseph Estrada and Jejomar Binay are both leading the position of president and vice president respectively in Laog City.
Imee Marcos who is running for governor against her cousin and Ferdinand Marcos Jr. running for Senator leads in Ilocos Norte.

Vote Buying in Isabela

Lente or Legal Network for Truthful Elections composed of volunteer lawyers reported that therewere two incidents of vote buying in Isabela.
Barangay kagawads who are supporters of Isabela Governor Bodgie Dy were seen to be distributing Php 500 at the house of the Barangay captain in Barangay Buculud in Ilagan.
Another Lente volunteer reported that people in the town of Luna were brought to a warehouse of Mayor Manuel Tio. Three members of the Sangguniang Bayan  were seen giving away envelopes containing  Php3000.
Appropriate charges will be filed against those municipal official

Tomorrow, May 10, 2010 is going to change the lives of the Filipino people as we choose who among the candidates will win in the May 10 Election.
According to the survey of SWS (Social Weather Stations), Filipino voters will not vote for candidates who most people think that are most likely to win.
The pre-election survey done last month,April 16-19 showed that 2 out of 10 Filipinos vote candidates who are No.1 in the ratings. The remaining 8 showed the voters who will vote according to conscience.

The apartment group won the Facebook-o contest so they have the privilege to choose who among the villa group members will go out of the house. Fire is ongoing  in the Greenbelt 3 mall and had reached the 3rd alarm thursday night. But the fire is now under control according to the Makati Fire Department. Reports say that the fire originated from the Bollywood Restaurant. The restaurants and the cinemas near the fire has been temporarily closed.
