An univited guest was spotted in the White House state dinner in honor of the Indian prime minister. Last November 24, in another security lapse, an uninvited person traveled from Washington hotel and arrived at the dinner together with the Indian delegation.

"This individual went through all required security measures along with the rest of the official delegation at the hotel, and boarded a bus/van with the delegation guests en route to the White House," the Secret Service said.

According to Obama administration official, the man was a U.S. Citizen, was not seated at the dinner, did not even mingled with any guests and left the event early. He said he did not know the identity of the person who slipped into the group of CEOs and was transported to the White House.

Besides coming within feet of Singh, the Salahis shook hands with President Barack Obama.

A state department official said he did not know the identity of the person who slipped into the group of CEOs and was transported to the White House. The person was identified as Carlos Allen, a party planner. Allen was not included in the White House guest list and did not go through the receiving line.
